Important
To enter you will need to complete different forms depending on your age -
1. Every team member has to be shown on a team entry form whatever their age
2. If you are under 18 years old you will also need a parental consent form signed by your parent or guardian
3. If you are 18 or over you will need to complete a risk acknowledgement form instead
4. Every team entry will therefore need 4 pieces of paper to be complete
